The Barn

Main living space is a unique barn conversion equipped with high end wood burner, pool table, bar area with beer/wine coolers, ice machine and party lighting.

The Spa

You have your very own spa area which includes infrared sauna, wood burning hot tub and shower facilities.

The Cottage

Bedrooms are equipped to a very high standard using hotel quality beds and linen to match. Towels will be provided.
Kitchen area has a modern fitted kitchen with induction hob, cooker, fridge freezer and a large table for dining which can seat 10 people.
There is a separate boot/laundry room which has a washing machine and storage.
The rear garden faces south which is enclosed and completely private.

The courtyard

The undercover BBQ area has a top of the range gas BBQ, seating and all the utensils you require. The courtyard is a great place for the kids to roam around or for your friends to enjoy your BBQ food
There is a separate area to the side of the house where there is a pond home to our ducks and geese (for safety reasons the pond is gated as it is 2 foot deep and care should be taken if you are with young children)

We are happy to host celebrations however please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
They are more than welcome to interact with our animals and the surrounding fields. Presently we have ducks, geese, lambs, sheep, horses and goats - all pets and very friendly.
